Lamination

The laminator is not the bottleneck of a conveyor belt process when using ROLLSROLLER, but rather the most efficient of the processes involving manual labour. Lamination of glass or a digitally printed image, or placing an image on a plate will only take an operator a few moments, and the result is guaranteed to be free of bubbles or creases. The accelerated production process gives a notable effect, as there is no longer a need to subcontract the lamination process from another provider, increasing the time factor as well as the likeliness of a subpar quality of work – the whole process is done in-house, with controlled quality and speed.

ROLLSROLLER® is a flat-bed cold laminator/applicator distinguished from ordinary roll laminators by its great production capacity – laminating or applying even very large printouts needs just one operator working on the machine.

The working area of ROLLSROLLER® Basic 340/170 is 3100 x 1630, with a clearance of 60 mm.
